The Rev. Daniel Schaefer, MA

Dan Schaefer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Before moving to Pennsylvania he was also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio.  His work there included the diagnosis and treatment of Mood and Anxiety Disorders along with Marriage and Family Counseling.  He also was involved with doing assessments, including the MMPI-2, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. He has over 20 years experience as an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, with an Endorsement for Specialized Pastoral Care Ministry. His diverse background includes International Mission Work, Critical Incident Debriefings, Hospice Chaplaincy, and serving on the Board of a Domestic Violence Program.

Responsibilities included diagnosis and treatment of Mental Disorders, individual and group therapy, and offering workshops on stress management, grief, parenting and other related topics.

                        Responsibilities included pastoral care and counseling, visitation,

teaching, preaching, and leading various services.
